Upside down

is another way to see,

all the edges are blurred,

lines of separation gone

between outside and inside,

above and beneath.

Suddenly my attention

is released from

what binds and clenches,

needs daily maintaining

arranging or changing,

making plans and lists

of things to do.

Upside down

is another way to be,

with the mind unbound,

unbridled and uncaged

to run and glide,

enlivened and enthralled

with the worlds around

and within me.
