A poem by Patra Kelly
After the musicians
summon and awaken
their Powers
She Sings
rousing us
with a Voice
filled with energy
and passion,
pulling us into complete
attention
to feel
and dance
enveloped by the powers
of Music and Song
freeing and carrying us
out of our prison
of selfhood
beyond the limitations
of time and place
into the vastness
of Being.
