The Patagonia Youth Enrichment Center qualifies as a Qualifying Charitable Organization and is able to receive Arizona State Tax Credit donations. This is separate from the Tax Credits that can be donated to the public schools. Donors are able to specify where their tax donation is received and will receive dollar for dollar refund back on their state taxes (married couples can donate up to $800 and individual filers $400).
