Jon Tate of CPE Consultants will provide a presentation regarding the addition to Town Hall at the Wednesday, Oct. 28, regular meeting of the Patagonia Town Council.
The Town Hall addition is one of six Patagonia-specific projects included in the Early Actions Community Investment Agreement between Patagonia, Santa Cruz County, the city of Nogales and South32. The agreement allocates $300,000, paid by South32, to create space for the town court and Santa Cruz County sheriff staffing. CPE Consultants has been contracted to provide design and engineering for the expansion.
