The second of two monthly Patagonia Town Council meetings for August will be Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 6 p.m. at Town Hall.
The agenda includes discussion and possible action to approve a $9,925 proposal from CPE Consultants for concept and design services for an addition to Town Hall. The addition is part of the Early Actions Community Investment Agreement being paid by South32 and would be used to reinstate the town marshal’s office.
Other possible action items include sale of about 3,000 feet of the town’s right-of-way adjacent to 240 S. Third Ave. and repealing and adopting a new town code Chapter 4 on Public Safety.
