Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds

What Lucy was born to do was greet anyone she thought would be her friend. This was primarily carried out with a cadenced and enthusiastic bark and the wagging of a full-on tail. The library, Global Arts, the post office, High Noon Feed, Sonoita Hardware, the visitor center, Donna and Ron Reibslager—all were on her radar.

Raising a Glass to Jim Harrison

A fundraiser for the Patagonia Creative Arts Association paid tribute to the late Jim Harrison with a dinner, drinks and a screening of Legends of the Fall, the 1994 film adopted from his novella of the same name. The celebrated author and poet was remembered by speakers as a colorful American Spirit-smoking character with a raunchy side, a man who loved to hunt, cook, and have a few drinks at the Wagon Wheel.
