Carl Bowden – Celebrations of Life
Carl’s life will be lovingly celebrated in two services (for the convenience of family and friends), on Saturday, October 28. The first will be a music-filled service at Patagonia Community Church, starting at noon. The second will be celebrated at Sonoita Bible Church, starting at 1:30pm. To honor Carl’s sweet tooth, a dessert reception will follow each service to include homemade cookies, lemonade, and iced tea. You are also welcome to bring and share your own special dessert. The Sonoita reception invites banjo, guitar, and fiddle players to join in some impromptu pickin’ and grinnin’ to wrap up the day in his memory. You are welcome to join the celebration of his life at either or both locations. Private interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, your donation to the Bowdon Memorial Scholarship Fund at Los Charros Foundation, PO Box 32816, Tucson, AZ 85751 would be appreciated. The scholarship fund was initially started in memory of Carl’s son Brent.
