“Many of our kids showed at SAILA for the first time and many received call backs for showmanship and market divisions,” Mustang Club 4-H leader Dusti Prentice wrote. “We had kids from Rattlesnakes [4-H Club] and Mustangs in all species and categories from peewee, junior, intermediate and senior divisions.”
“The Southern Arizona International Livestock Association (SAILA) continues to work towards the advancement of junior exhibitors in the state of Arizona and the Southwest, not only promoting youth education and leadership, but also providing a place in every area of the state where a junior exhibitor can gain valuable experience before exhibiting an animal at a major show,” according to the SAILA website.
