Community Homes of Patagonia, (CHOP)’s Financial/Homebuyers Education Workshop

Free, in-person workshop for first time homebuyers at the Patagonia Library. CHOP will be hosting a series of three workshop in order to help Santa Cruz residents obtain HUD’s First Time Homebuyers Certificate. Why attend? The First Time Homebuyers certificate may be required by certain lenders for Low to Moderate Income Products, First Time Buyers, FHA Loans, and Lender Provided Down Payment or Closing Costs.
