Community Homes of Patagonia -CHOP’s Financial/Homebuyer Education Workshop

Free, HUD-approved Homebuyer Education Workshop open to all Santa Cruz residents. Upon completion of the three sessions, attendee will receive the First Time Homebuyer Certificate, often required by lenders for low-to-moderate income products, FHA loans, and lender provided down payment or closing costs.
